WC26 Pools ("the Service") is a web-based prediction game operated at wc2026pool.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
WC26 Pools is a prediction game for entertainment purposes only. Users predict the scores of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches and compete with friends on a leaderboard. No real money is wagered. No prizes of monetary value are awarded. The Service is not gambling, betting, or a lottery.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Pool creators ("Admins") may purchase paid tiers to unlock additional features and higher player limits. Players who join a pool are never charged. All payments are one-time, non-recurring charges processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting support@wc2026pool.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be denied if the pool has been actively used. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers; impersonate another person or entity; or use the Service to promote gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.
All content, design, code, and branding of WC26 Pools are the property of the Service operator. FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, and related trademarks are the property of FIFA. WC26 Pools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA in any way.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support@wc2026pool.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
